PAYMENT

  • Only exact payment accepted.

  • Inaccurate payments will not be processed.

  • Excess payment amounts are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot carry forward.

  • Tampered, cropped, and / or edited receipts will not be accepted.

  • Each purchase must include your 17LIVE profile link. Screen shots will not be accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • All payment methods are through a 3rd party.

  • Any ongoing maintenance with these systems is not under our control.

  • In case of delays with your purchase confirmations, please contact the payment system.


CANCELLATION / REFUND

  • All sales final. No refunds.

  • If the customer sends the incorrect 17LIVE profile and the coins are sent to that account, the customer will not hold the Admin responsible. 

  • The customer may only request for a rollback within an hour after the transaction.

  • Rollbacks are controlled by 17LIVE corporate.

  • Rollbacks are granted only if the coins were not used.


VIP EVENTS / REWARDS

  • All VIP Event Rewards will be sent to the customer’s wallet by 17LIVE corporate.
